It should not go unnoticed here that we began publication of this fine weblog just over ten years ago, on the 23rd.

James W. Rager was born on this day in 1924 so he would have been 85. He died of complications from lung cancer in 1992. He smoked for many years. I wish he could have seen his grandson.
Happy Birthday, Dad.
